Preparing for Taekwondo Upgrading

Next Sunday I'm going for my Taekdondo 1st Dan to 2nd Dan senior upgrading. I am prepared? I also dono ler.... juz think it is the time to go for it.... I'm in 1st Dan for 3 years... so it is really have to go for it... really scare that i will forgot the Taegeuk, Koryo, 1-step sparring and self defense. But, the most i worry is my right leg... Now, i even cant kick a simple Front kick or turning kick with right leg.... my right knee is very painful T_T Standing is also a problem for me now.... My right leg is better than my left leg, so can i get good score with only left leg?? hopefully can lor.... Hope that i can get well soon la... if not really dono how to go grading... some more grading have to do swing kick, 360 turing kick, etc... Wish me all the best lor... ^_^

my knee start pain few mths ago...every time pain also after my taekwondo training... but i din care bout it, cuz after 2/3 days, then no pain d...

but last week til now, stil very painful lor... mayb cuz i drink ice water, or tea lor... many massage sifu told me dun take any cold drinks & food, sour and spicy food also... once i take it, then i wil pain here, pain there d.... sign....

1) Take more calsium.
2) do squat

It works for me ;)

no use for me... cuz my case is over straighten T_T
